Why I Built AnchorIt
I built AnchorIt because I lived the problem.
I entered real estate in 2016 and spent over seven years as an agent and team leader, closing transactions at every difficulty level and coaching dozens of agents along the way. Everywhere I looked, I saw the same pattern: agents worked hard and genuinely cared about their clients, but consistent database follow-up was the ball that always got dropped.
Not because they were lazy. Because they were busy doing what they do best, serving buyers and sellers. And every week that slipped by was another missed opportunity quietly walking out the door.
What separates top producers from everyone else?
Systems. That’s it.
I watched top producers build referral-based businesses while everyone else chased Zillow leads and burned out. The difference was never talent. The top producers had pre-written emails so they never stared at a blank screen, organized CRMs so they always knew who to call, phone scripts so they always knew what to say, and tracking systems so they could see what was actually working.
They weren’t smarter. They just had systems.
